Fragmented records
Progress, files, evidence, and decisions are spread across separate messages and folders.
03 / Solutions · Tenage Apps
Turn scattered updates into a controlled project record.
Tenage Apps is Tomy Engineering's construction-management PWA in development for the organizations and people responsible for planning, coordinating, reviewing, and following project work.
Problems in view
The project can be active while its information falls behind.
Progress, files, evidence, and decisions are spread across separate messages and folders.
Participants cannot quickly confirm which drawing or document is current for their work.
A percentage is reported without enough context, evidence, or responsible review.
RFIs and technical questions lose their project location, owner, response, or resulting action.
Inspections, findings, approvals, and follow-up records do not form one traceable sequence.
People can see too much, too little, or information unrelated to their authorized work scope.
Problem → platform response → practical result
Give every update a place, a responsible route, and a visible history.
Project information has no shared context.
Connect records to the project, WBS branch, responsible participant, and current work package.
The team can see what each record concerns and where the next action belongs.
Current information is difficult to identify.
Retain document identity, versions, issue status, review history, and superseded records.
Authorized participants work from a clearer controlled record.
Reported progress is treated as official too early.
Submit progress with evidence, route it to an appointed reviewer, then approve, revise, or reject it.
Customer-facing status can reflect reviewed information rather than an unsupported update.
Questions and decisions disappear into conversations.
Connect each RFI or question to its project scope, assignee, response, files, and resulting action.
The reason behind a decision remains available to permitted participants.
Quality and close-out records are assembled too late.
Relate inspections, approvals, evidence, reports, and completion information to the work as it develops.
Handover information grows from the live project record.
Collaboration is open-ended or overexposed.
Evaluate portal type, project role, platform role, membership, and work scope independently.
Access follows authorized responsibility without making every participant interchangeable.
Solutions / Partner network
Connect defined project work with approved companies and independent professionals.
Tenage Apps concludes the solution by connecting defined project needs with a controlled Partner Network of organizations and independent professionals.
It is not an open freelancer marketplace. Customers do not browse private profiles or assign work directly to an unrestricted public pool.
Application is the beginning of a review—not public registration, guaranteed approval, guaranteed work, or access to private project information.
Path 01
From application to approved Partner.
Share relevant identity, capability, experience, and supporting information.
Submit a public Partner application without receiving project access.
Tomy may approve, request information, or reject the application.
Approval creates the eligible Partner business identity and invitation path.
Approved Partners may evaluate only the opportunities made visible to them.
Path 02
From project need to active work.
An authorized organization identifies a defined package of project work.
Scope, dates, deliverables, documents, and commercial terms are recorded.
The opportunity reaches the intended Partner or approved eligible audience.
The Partner reviews the agreement before accepting the assigned work.
Access remains limited to the project, WBS, files, and actions required for the work.

Illustrative project scenario
From reported progress to reviewed status.
This example demonstrates the intended workflow. It is not a customer testimonial, completed project, or performance claim.
The percentage, photo, drawing reference, and responsible work package sit in separate channels.
The contributor submits progress with dated evidence and the relevant project record.
The reviewer can approve it, request revision, or reject it without transferring authority to the software.
Permitted stakeholders see the reviewed position and can follow the record that supports it.
