Engineering / construction / connected information

Our Workflow

People deliver the work. Connected records support every step.

You can work with Tomy Engineering without using Tenage Apps. We agree the scope, deliverables, and coordination process around your project’s needs. Tenage Apps, our construction-management app in development, is an optional supporting workspace—not a requirement for engaging our services. People retain responsibility for review, approval, and contractual decisions.

01 / Professional services

Engineering Delivery

From agreed scope to coordinated technical work and a traceable project record.

  1. 01

    Plan

Agree scope, responsibilities, available inputs, deliverables, and review requirements before technical work begins.

    Connected records

Scope / inputs / review points

  2. 02

    Coordinate

Connect drawings, quantities, BIM information, participant interfaces, and technical questions to the same project context.

    Connected records

    Drawings / models / questions

  3. 03

    Build

Support agreed technical delivery, drawing issues, and construction coordination within the appointment and responsible parties’ authority.

    Connected records

    Issued information / work actions

  4. 04

    Track

Keep progress, evidence, reviews, revisions, and handover information connected to the work they describe.

    Connected records

    Evidence / review / handover

Services and sequencing depend on the agreed project scope. Not every project includes every activity. Construction support, reviews, certifications, and contractual decisions remain subject to the appointment and responsible parties.

02 / Supporting workspace

Tenage Apps

A separate information workflow that supports coordination, evidence, responsible review, and authorized reporting.

  1. 01

    Plan

Connect project structure and WBS context with authorized participants, responsibilities, and required records.

    Workspace context

    Project / WBS / participants

  2. 02

    Coordinate

Keep current documents, RFIs, inspection requests, and assigned actions connected to their project and work scope.

    Workspace context

    Versions / RFIs / inspections

  3. 03

    Verify

Submit work updates with evidence for appointed people to review, approve, request revision, or reject within their authority.

    Workspace context

    Evidence / responsible review

  4. 04

    Report

Present authorized project status and reporting records while retaining the context and decisions that support them.

    Workspace context

    Reviewed status / permitted views

Tenage Apps is in development. Visibility follows authorized project membership, role, and work scope; the software does not create review, approval, certification, or contractual authority.

03 / An illustrative sequence

Connected Records

An update becomes useful when its context, evidence, review, and permitted visibility stay connected.

  1. 01

    Work update

Identify the project, WBS scope, and responsible contributor.

  2. 02

    Evidence

Attach relevant dated records and current references.

  3. 03

    Appointed review

Route the submission to a responsible, authorized person.

  4. 04

    Approve / Revise / Reject

Record the decision and any required next action.

  5. 05

    Authorized status

Share only reviewed information permitted for each participant.

This is an abstract workflow, not evidence of a completed project or an available application screen. Decisions are made by appointed people, not automatically by the platform.
